Open Special Issues

There are two special issues open related to Task 2.3 of WP2.

​

               i) Fermentation of Alternative Protein Sources in the Design of Novel Foods was accepted in Foods (IF: 4.350), a peer-reviewed open access journal of food science.

Dr. Pascal Bonnarme and Dr. Sophie Landaud are the guest editors.

The deadline for manuscript submissions is 15th December 2022.

            ii) Natural biomolecules: Emerging technologies towards novel food formulation development was accepted in Molecules (IF: 4.412), a peer-reviewed open access journal of chemistry.

Dr. Lillian Barros, Dr. Ana Gomes and Dr. Taofiq Oludemi are the guest editors.

The deadline for manuscript submissions is 1st June 2022.
