NOVEL FOOD INRAE would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The personal data collected on this site are the IP address, date, time and pages viewed, technical information of response times (through cookies) and the mentions: Institution/company, Name and First name, Email Address, Phone, University, Position through the Meeting Subscription Form. NOVEL FOOD INRAE may process your personal Information to provide or collect information by means of “Contact” menu forms. What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); comments, feedback, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you sign in to become a member or subscribe for a meeting on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

1. To provide and operate the Services

2. E-mail you about the Meetings and to create the list of participants;

When NOVEL FOOD processes your subscription for a meeting, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting from the beneficiaries, partner organizations, advisory board.

How do we store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

novelfood.wixsite.com is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide information on all of the NOVEL FOOD activities and through Intranet share information between the members. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

novelfood.wixsite.com will keep your personal data only no longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which it was processed. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
